The Minimal Notes is an AI-powered tool that converts study materials (PDFs, text, YouTube videos) into structured, concise notes. We use AI models to generate content, which may not always be 100% accurate.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person — do not share account credentials
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload copyrighted materials without permission
Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
Use automated tools to mass-generate notes beyond rate limits
Share or resell generated content commercially without attribution
Circumvent credit limits or payment requirements

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed when notes are generated (1 credit per note)
Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law
Pricing may change with notice — existing credits remain valid
Failed generations due to service errors will not consume credits

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of materials you upload and notes generated from them. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

Our service: The Minimal Notes platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Notes are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The Minimal Notes is a study aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for academic or professional purposes. Always verify important information with primary sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Minimal Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
